Re-launched paper category in Dixons Retail
Dixons Retail have re-launched their paper offer in nationwide branches of PC World and Currys on the back of an ambitious programme of store transformations during 2010.
With the support of Brightstream, Dixons Retail have been able to completely review their cutsize printer and speciality inkjet paper offering to customers. Comprising private label and market leading OEM brands, they've introduced a portfolio of products completely in line with consumer trends, and which supports Dixons Retail's desire for product ranges that provide better and wider choices to customers, as well as outstanding value.
With strong customer feedback, the new stores are proving to be easier to navigate and more interactive. The positive reaction to the new look stores is being reflected in strong sales performance within the paper category as well. A Dixons Retail spokesman said, 'Our revised paper categories, developed in partnership with Brightstream, have provided our customers with clearer and more navigable paper offers, from which we are seeing substantial sales benefits. We are excited by the pipeline of concepts we plan to bring to market with Brightstream over the coming months'.
The focus moving forward shifts to innovative new products, thereby making sure Dixons Retail shelves are stocked with products that are both engaging and appealing to consumers.
